[/quote] No, you'd need to hack each substation individually. He could have a subsystem for every ten cameras, with one-way encryption that would prevent them from being hacked from the larger subroutines. Furthermore, one would need a connection in the first place to hack the cameras. They'll all be on closed systems, which means someone would have to find the control hub for each substation and connect to it directly.
