Very true! I guess he wouldn't really care about love, but having a wife as beautiful as him. Plus the fact that Belle is the only women/thing that Gaston wants, that he actually can't have. Such a selfish man! Lol. I don't think he would really care if she was faithful either really for that matter, though I could see him wanted her to be obedient to him. That way she couldn't run out on him again. Awesome. Him being a trickster I could see him using that as a way to get whatever he is looking for Belle for. A deal to fight a deal or something.
