Soon they come upon the next room, which appears to be another puzzle. Sylvia also takes a moment to look around the room, and after looking at the tree door, she commented, "I don't think saying a password is going to open it this time. I wonder if there is anything that'll fit into these grooves?" 

She then decided to look around the room to see if she could find any small sphere like objects that might fit into the door.
