It's a type of sci-fi genre.

Deus Ex, Shadowrun, Cyberpunk 2077, Ghost in the Shell, Bladerunner... Anything that lets you swap out limbs or organs for cybernetic variants (that often perform better) usually falls under the moniker of Cyberpunk.
