I'm completely aware of that, and so is Kosuke. He hangs out at school because that's where his body used to go and he's got nothing better to do. To be honest that ability is mostly flavour for why he can body-swap and his body being weird. It's not really meant to be used, but I think I can add something to it so that he could fight normally, although I don't really intend for him to fight anyone to any serious degree.

I could add something like he can't feel anything in his body so he can drive it beyond its limits if he feels like, and as long as the necrosis stage is beginning the damage could be reversible given enough time, but it isn't too consistent.

So he'd be a real zombie but he can't really win fights and after fights he wouldn't be able to heal if he was unlucky, but he's mostly supposed to be a heckler anyway. How's that sound?
