[@Holiday] I think that that scale is fine as long as I can plan out my jutsu for the future. EX. I want my character to possess numerous seal-based jutsu that are all simple, but the 'final touch' outside of other plans I have for him is that he has the suicide seal Danzo would have used. That seal is easily S rank, so it's not realistic for a genin, but in the future it might be an option.
