A few things while we are going through the heart of the city while the Ghoul problem has been taken care of by the Commision of Counter Ghoul or CCG they are still very much around and very much a threat. Ok well here on our right is the ahhhh! -microphone drops as a man bites her neck-. Well that was gruesome let's talk about the characters you will be playing shall we? You're character will be either a new recruit for the CCG or a new halfbreed Ghoul or a normal ghoul who has roughed it on the streets. If you play as a CCG officer then you will get your quinque a bit later if you are a ghoul then you will have a kagune it you are  a half breed you will also have a kagune but will be learning how to use it. With that hope you like the rp and welcome to the world of Tokyo Ghoul.
