I decided to align the roleplay closer to the latter than the former. The only mainstay I have stated is that the Justice League exists. While I have not settled on the Titans founding after they meet Starfire or pre-IC, the prompt does seem to make the suggestion that it isn’t a thing quite yet. Adjustments may be made to tailor to the cast.
