[h3][b]Update 3[/b] - GM Wanted (1st Edition)[hr][/h3][right][b]The Plan-B For Certain Ideas I Can't Follow Through On[/b][/right]
This is something that I'll probably only bring up once in a while, as the focus of this whole thread really should be on my main bloated vanity projects (as awful as that sounds), the kind that I'll spearhead myself and not what I'd just as soon pass off on others. Well, I say "pass off", but really it's not like I'll continue to draw attention to each edition if no one is ultimately interested in taking what I present and running with it.

For every project that I'm invested toward building from start to finish, there are a some that, despite all being possibly worthy of [i]someone's[/i] attention (one imagines), just don't rank too highly on my to do list. After a bit of thought on the matter, I've decided to at least make the basic premises available for anyone to see, the idea being for those of like-interest coming forth to either express their availability for the position of GM or even just their interest in the project being made.

In looking over this particular passing fancy of mine, keep in mind that this is little more than a basic idea, leaving a great deal of room for whoever's taking the lead to develop the story and plot however they want. Included in my description are certain details and even pics to better get the idea across, but anyone willing to put the work in needn't feel forced to strictly operate under them.

[hr][hr][/center][indent][indent][h2]Premise[/h2][/indent][/indent][hr]Set in a fantasy world of a somewhat similar style and energy to the main Pokémon series, but one wherein the populous, at least on the whole, inherited or otherwise possess the traits of pokémon. The influences behind this kind of RP are obvious enough, given how that the idea is for society to have shaped itself around the common occurrence of superpowered individuals. The easy implication for the RP as I see it now, includes player characters taking their stand in the ongoing conflict between law enforcement and the criminal element within the immediate setting, hence the "School" tag up there.

While I was brainstorming this idea, I became fond of a particular [url=https://safebooru.org/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=2516519]megacity picture[/url], mainly for the fanciful and fairly lighthearted ambiance it gives to the world as a whole. The link is there for anyone who's interested in having a glimpse at my frame of mind, likely what I'd go for if it were myself in the GM spot. But I'd like to stress that it isn't my intention to overly sway the project in the direction I'd take it, as I believe the one who takes up the project will feel all the more invested towards its success if they make the fun, big, and lasting decisions.
[indent][indent][h2]Postscript[/h2][/indent][/indent][hr]I feel it's a shame that I couldn't have presented this project well before what looks to be the current prolonged state of oversaturation in the genre of "special anime school", assuming that wasn't always the case. A gijinka rp like this had always seemed like that friendly entry-level project that's nevertheless hard to keep alive should it ultimately fail to attract a committed playerbase. Needless to say, they never really did make it that far in my experience. So for the first of these "GM Wanted" ads, I thought I'd indulge myself in offering [i]something[/i] to come from an old and simple interest of mine, even if it's not in the way I'd have it.
