[i]Hello friends, regarding the ID - I was thinking more along the lines of an implant underneath the skin, the "tattoo" of sorts is just an indication of where your implant might be. I thought that maybe depending on where and when you received your implant it may be on your left or right wrist- (which may or may not be a plot factor later teehee) A quick numbing of the area and an insertions tool would be all it takes, than a branding of sorts. To get through certain sectors or to receive your government hand outs you will need to have this ID. That is why some of the people have been harvesting limbs (assets and identities are attached to them) that way in some businesses around Korven will accept these type of brash payments.

Hello and thanks for the interest in my roleplay! Your character would have to be human, yes- the most unhuman I am willing to go is someone who has robotic parts added to them. Your character can not start outside the city- because as far as every character knows the outside world is dead. Your character can definitely be an enemy of the city, but with in those guidelines. A human can be just as if not more heartless than a beast any day.
