Shiranui was next up and Hapu sent her Golurk out. He responded with Kirigami. The Kartana sliced Golurk into a one-hit KO with a Leaf Blade. Hapu switched Golurk for Flygon and Shiranui recalled Kirigami and sent out Bakeru. The Mimikyu jumped at Flygon and engaged it with a Play Rough. The dust settled revealing a heavily-damaged Flygon and Bakeru with his disguise busted and soiled by a Mud-Slap. As Flygon readied an Earthquake, Bakeru reached out a Shadow Claw and slashed Flygon a moment before it struck the ground to unleash its attack, knocking it out. Hapu switched Flygon for Gastrodon and Shiranui switched Bakeru for Kirigami while scanning Gastrodon on his Pokédex. "Gastrodon: East Sea Form, the Sea Slug Pokémon. A relative of Shellder and Cloyster, this ocean dweller sometimes comes onto land in search of food." Gastrodon suffered a similar fate to Golurk as one Leaf Blade was all it took to defeat it. Hapu switched Gastrodon for her headliner Mudsdale. Kartana started with Laser Focus, but time was against it as Hapu activated the Groundium Z on her Z-Ring and performed the dance. Charged with Z-Power, Mudsdale leaped into the air and used its nearly-one-tonne weight to drive the magnitudes lighter Kirigami underground, leaving the Kartana knocked out at the bottom of a fissure. Shiranui checked the move on his Pokédex. "Tectonic Rage, a Ground-type Z-Move. The user burrows deep into the ground and slams into the target with the full force of its Z-Power. The power varies, depending on the original move." Shiranui switched Kirigami out and sent in Ashika. He activated the Primarium Z on his Z-Power Ring and performed the dance, charging Ashika with Z-Power. Like Ariel before her, Ashika sang her Oceanic Operetta and inundated Mudsdale with a giant ball of water, leaving the draft horse knocked out. Hapu awarded Shiranui the Groundium Z, showed him the dance for Tectonic Rage and healed both parties before getting ready for her next battle.
