Name: Treat Pain Gender: Male Description: Treat is an alien from an advanced intergalactic civilization known as the Y (pronounced “ee”) He is a rogue member of the Y servant race who left his society to protest the plan to destroy the universe after they had attained all knowledge in the universe. He is remarkably similar in appearance to a human, with certain differences. He is 5’4 with paper white skin and short unkempt golden blond hair. His eyes are a bright amber. He wears a featureless black jumpsuit and black and white sneakers. He has never been observed wearing anything else beside this jumpsuit, and there does not seem to be a way to take it on or off. His suit has two front pockets that contain non-standard space-time, allowing him to fit large things inside his pockets without them being visible from the outside or weighing him down. He carries numerous objects and technologies in his pockets, such as baseball bats, wormhole generators, and many varieties of guns. Treat is quite fast and agile, and after countless encounters with flying objects has become quite natural at dodging projectiles. When pushed to do so he can hold his own against even an experienced martial artist for a few seconds by dodging. However, his physical strength is significantly weaker than most humans, so he is at a disadvantage in a hand-to-hand fight. Treat also does not need to consume sustenance or sleep to survive, making him a fully autonomous being. Treat is vastly more intelligent than most lifeforms in the universe. His brain can process information extremely quickly, and his memory is nearly flawless. He is able to remember countless details from anything he observes and his rapid thinking speed allows him to recognize complex patterns immediately in almost any situation. He is capable of reading entire books in seconds, such as the Bible, dodging bullets by predicting the shot, and even learning the algorithms used to make random sequences after seeing the components of one result. Personality: Treat’s species does not have emotions and personalities as humans know them. Communication between his kind is very direct and scientific, with very little room for complex social interactions. However, they have very powerful learning abilities and can recognize complex patterns quickly. This powerful learning ability allows Treat to pick up on and replicate various personality traits that he observes in any creature, sometimes with near perfect accuracy. Treat integrates combinations of these traits into his own behavior, forming his own unique identity and allowing him to adapt to whatever society he is in. Due to the nature of this, his behavior may sometimes seem forced or insincere if he does not understand a social concept well enough. As he learns more, he will adjust his personality to be more realistic and natural in interactions. Regardless of how convincing he is, however, he can only imitate what he believes to be an appropriate response for the situation he is in, and has no self-identified intentions of his own. The personality Treat has developed is very eccentric and quirky, quite outgoing and social but noticeably inhuman. He is generally friendly and approachable, but is difficult to relate to because of his strange sense of logic and underdeveloped morality. It is difficult for him to mimic sympathy, empathy, and guilt, so his actions are often immoral and dangerous. He is frequently willing to harm or kill people that obstruct his goals without remorse, although over time this characteristic evolved to only harming those who are directly hostile toward him. He is typically very neutral in alignment, though he generally sways to the side of good. He will work toward noble goals if not doing so would be non-beneficial, but is also capable of committing acts of evil if the result benefits him. Ultimately, he has no sense of good and evil, and will act on his own whims, making him a dangerous companion to have.
