[indent]Reo seems like an extremely quiet individual to those who first meet him, but to those who are familiar with him, know that it is the exact opposite. Reo generally hangs out with those he either extremely trusts, or those who treat him fairly for the get-go. He is often seen on the streets as a hoodlum, because he doesn't ever really go home, he hangs out in public, enjoying nature. He is a bit of a pyromaniac, he likes how fire looks, and sometimes has dreams that he has a fire or combustion quirk.[/indent]
[b][BACKSTORY][/b]
[indent] Reo grew up in an urban environment in an apartment with 5 siblings, so the fight for food in his case was serious. He lived with both a mother and a father who love each other despite their jobs as measly supermarket managers. His father has a skin hardening mutation type quirk and his mother had the "Steel Palms" quirk (Is literally what it sounds like). His favorite hero growing up was Endeavor, and would prove multiple times how he could "beat All Might". He got in a lot of fights. He got kicked out of UA for vandalism. (Made a mural of Endeavor, legend has it that it's still there!)
Reo recently has applied at a prestige college in Tokyo that specializes in the studies of Quirks, and majored as a Quirk Professor (Studies and teaches the types of quirks) After simply over sleeping, he finds a letter into the "Big Sister Inc." hero office. He accepts and decides to join the hero world as a vigilante, rather than an actual (legal) hero.
For the future, he hopes to eventually become an actual hero who is widely respected and makes his family proud. He likes almost every hero, but does not nerd out over them (cough, Deku), and he hopes to become recognized by Endeavor as an actual hero. He wants to save a lot of people, but at the same time, he wishes for fame. [/indent]
[b][QUIRK][/b]
[indent][b]Full Chain[/b] - A quirk that creates chains from iron in the user's blood. The more iron, the stronger and longer the chain can be. He is often seen eating raw kale and spinach for this reason. In the palm of his hands are 2 inch diameter spheres, which are a steel ball which connect to his "blood chains", which is his primary weapon of choice. The ball has a 360 spin, so it is able to spin similar to a yo-yo, and can bounce up and down easily. Can knock around like metal clackers and his chains make a silent rattle, which is somewhat hard to hear. He can get sick if he uses his chains too much, due to iron lose, so he will have to break every so often. The steel ball has a pattern with hexagons and lines.[/indent]
[b][SKILLS][/b]
[indent][b]Skill[/b] Despite having a more metallic quirk, he is extremely handy in fire craft, making fires and using chemistry to his advantage. He also is decently strong on his own, with a BMI of 26. He also has good climbing abilities and quick mental calculations. He can easily resolve conflicts among himself and interpersonal conflicts. He is very street smart, rather than book smart, but he has a strong concept of school concepts as well. He also has great peripherals.[/indent]
[b][SAMPLE POST][/b]
[indent][b]Monday, 6:30 Pm. Kagenawa was extremely late for his college orientation[/b].
He would wake up calmly, yawning as per usual, his clock reading 4:30 Pm instead. His mother and father would still be at their jobs, trying to keep up with the pace of life. He would stand and stretch "Guess I should get ready." He said sleepily in a yawn. He would grab his nicest pair of black slacks (he prepared all his outfits in advance) and a black tank top, his ruby necklace dangling on his neck. He would check his pocket for his phone, no sign, he would then search his blankets for the missing bastard. He would turn his head towards his nightstand where his phone resided. He sighed, picked it up, checked the time and calmly put it in his pocket.
...
He quickly pulled it back out and began to panic "Why do I never change my clock!?" He would tap his foot nervously and he would begin to hyperventilate. "Mom and dad are gonna kill me..." he would pace around thinking of a way to explain why he would be kicked from the prestige college (0 tolerance without warning for missing the first day. He would have to come back the following semester.) he enrolled in after getting kicked out of UA 2 years ago. "Can't be a hero, now it'll take forever to be a quirk professor! Great! Just Great!" He would sigh and begin to worry severely. He would go to the front door and pick up every piece of mail that read his name (Phone bill, a mysterious form and a introductory note from his college). He would go back in his room and throw the phone bill on his bed, not wanting to deal with it at the time being. He would put the mysterious note down, and open the introductory note regretfully. "God help me, I'm a failure..." He would peer at the letter, and begin to read.
...
He would begin to tear up, regretting having his clock set incorrectly, he was now halfway through the letter, upset with himself for passing up an opportunity like this "Damn it!" He would slam his fists on his bed and his eyebrow would begin to twitch. He would slam the note on his bed in a rage. "I hate this... I hate it so much..." He would sit for a couple minutes thinking, then he would sigh and open the mysterious letter which had 0 stamps on it. It was clear someone had personally delivered this letter to him, he had trouble pronouncing the name, but he assumed it was from a female. (He guessed by the name and handwriting alone.) He would read through the letter confused

"Isn't unauthorized heroes still illegal? I don't know about this" He would ponder his options and clench the paper in his hand. This was his last chance at success, at being someone he's wanted to be since he was 2. He remembers the golden days when All Might was still alive, and was in bad shape. This was his second chance at being a hero. An unauthorized hero, but a hero none-the-less. He would drop the paper on the floor, clench his fist and put on his old hero costume. It was show time![/indent]

He loves to eat steak and other meats finely.
