Hello! I was wondering if I can join. Before I do, I have some questions:

1: Does my nation need to be human/are there any other races available or are custom races ok?
2: Can my nation believe in a god/deity?
3: Is there any kind of magic/supernatural things?

If I cannot do these things, I will create a nation and character that fits the story, lore, current events, and rules. Thanks!
