Since he likes to train and take care of himself Sean has a lean build to him, silently taking pride in his figure. Scattered along his torso are several nasty looking scars, the largest over the right side of his chest caused by an explosion from his past. On his back are several long scars, all clearly from a harsh whip from his past. Some would say the scars are painful reminders, but Sean thinks otherwise, instead seeing them as proof of his survival. On the right side of his neck is a tattoo resembling a crow with its wings stretched out and ready to attack.

His off duty attire consist of a heavy grey cargo pants, combat boots and a tight black shirt he keeps tucked in. On his hip he always has his sidearm always loaded and ready to go along with his thermal blade on the back of his belt. Sean has never been one of fashion so he’s stuck to something simple. When on the clock however Sean wears his light armored combat suit, always feeling better within it.

Height 5’9 Personality Sean has always been lousy when it came to social interaction, preferring to keep to himself and enjoy some peace and quiet. It isn’t so much he hates talking to people, but it's mostly because of his old habits from his past to stick closer to the shadows. Unlike the old him Sean is a kind hearted person who decided to hide the kindness behind a rough, or emotionless expression. It comes natural for the young soldier to hide his emotions since he’s been doing it most of his life, an old habit that has remained with him unfortunately and made it difficult to build new relationships. Nevertheless he’s always ready to come to his comrades aid whenever it’s needed, offering some advice on issues and being a silent ear for peoples troubles. When it comes to his duties Sean can only be described as an efficient soldier who gets the job done. Whenever on the clock Sean will follow any task given to him and complete it no matter the cost. In combat he can be a rash and aggressive man, always going with his gut instead with his head. Many times his rashness has nearly gotten him killed, but in the end he would emerge with a few bruises or scars. It’s possible for him to work well with others, but old instincts will compel him to return to his lone wolf ways. The horrors of many battles have made the young man hardened and will handle great pressure with ease. So far he’s unfortunately seen and done it all in battle so now he’s a bit numb to it all. Losing comrades will never be easy, but he’s found ways to deal with it. Role Soldier/Sergeant Equipment Sean’s primary choice in weaponry is a standard issue assault rifle, always preferring to keep it simple. On his hip is his old mentors trusty revolver and a thermal blade he’s kept from his old profession. His light armored suit makes it easier for him to use his agility at its full potential. On his wrist is a touchpad, his suits command deck. With it he has access to all of its functions such as his jetpack and helmet. Previous Branch Former member of a private military company to later on join the U.A.F since he had no other options. Biography Born on Mars Sean was raised as a street rat within the rough slums of Mars largest city. For a good chunk of his childhood Sean lived in dirt poor conditions with his Father and Mother, both not the most ideal parents to live with, but they would sometimes throw him a few credits to get rid of him so at least they were somewhat useful to him. The particular slum he lived in were filled with crime , drugs and weapons dealings. Nearly everyday he’d see a few illegal deals in the allies, patrolling officers armed to the teeth and several shootings either between law enforcement and criminals, or just gangs killing each other. Most would say it was no place for a child to live, but Sean thought otherwise. Early on in his life he grew used to his environment and even found some well paying jobs as a delivery boy for a local gang, or a dope slinger in the more cramped parts of the slums. It was a bit difficult to catch a child when he could slip through places most couldn’t. Dangerous work sure, but it ended up putting food in his stomach since his folks did little to provide much to him. Just as Sean began to get some good jobs within the slums he returned to the pathetic excuse of a shack that was his home to be met with an armored Rateia speaking with his parents. To his shock they had just made a huge deal of money from the stranger. Sadly, to his dismay he was the only one who didn’t profit from said deal. So, at the age of eleven Sean was sold off to a private military company and was dragged away with many more children that shared his fate. Stuffed within cargo containers they were transported to a far off base within the middle of Mars desert. As they were loaded off the first thing they did was to mark the new blood with their groups simple, tattooing a lone crow onto their skin. From there they were forced to train as soldiers, undergoing intense training and facing horrific conditions. Those who failed their drill sergeants expectations were taken away and sold to unknown clients, never to be seen or heard from again. Luckily for Sean he was used to hard environments and managed to keep himself afloat with his training. After a few years Sean turned fourteen and he was finally an official mercenary. Shame for him he and the rest of the new recruits were used as meat shields, or sent on suicide missions. By some grace he managed to survive it all, battle after battle he emerged still breathing and slowly growing used to his new line of work. He had honestly started to enjoy the job as he grew and began to shine within the ranks. A young prodigy they called him, a natural gun for hire. A born killer. It all brought a smirk of pride to his face. The only drag was his bosses. Even with all of his success they would take most of his earnings and still look down at him as a store bought tool. It was all he had though. There was honestly no other place for him to grow and he had become accustomed to his profession. Where was he going to go? So, with gritted teeth, Sean went along with it all. As he turned seventeen Sean had taken up a job guarding a large shipment of weapons being transported to god knows where. Sounded like a simple job, just another gun run. Unfortunately that was not the case. As they had reached the location of the exchanged all seemed well, the buyers had the money and they had the guns. He had managed to get a glimpse of the merchandise and was honestly surprised to see some advance looking gear. Sleek looking armor, deadly weapons and even a few vehicles that could take on a small army. Looked like someone was preparing for a war. It was none of his concern though, the money was all he was interested in. Just before they could finish the deal they were taken off guard by a U.A.F raid. It all was such a blur. The armored soldiers, gunfire and hovering gunships. How he survived was beyond him. As the battle raged on Sean was finally brought down by a U.A.F soldier, pinning him to the ground with a pistol to his head. His future certainly looked grim within a cell for the rest of his life. As he was taken away, cursing and spitting insults, the soldier who brought him down stopped him before removing his helmet to reveal the face of an old hardened veteran, just reaching his late 40’s. The two silently stared at one another before he was taken away with a flick of the wrist from the old soldier. For a few weeks, Sean spent his time within a cell, bitter in his fate. One day a few guards took him from his cell and brought him to a room filled with important looking people sitting at a long sleek table. Sitting at the table was the same soldier who had captured him. Sean shot them all a nasty look before demanding to be taken back to his cell. His request was denied of course and he was finally told why he was brought to them. Thanks to the tattoo on his neck they knew he belonged to a certain mercenary group that had been on his hit list for some time. Cutting to the point they offered a deal, give up the groups location and his sentence would be lightened. Sean’s first thought was to spit on their pretty looking table and bark as many insults he could think of their way, but after thinking for a moment a thought crossed his mind. Why would he stick his neck out to the pricks who bought him, forced him to fight and steal his hard earned money? He shouldn’t and wouldn’t. With no hesitation he agreed and gave up the groups location, feeling no regret in his choice. With his deal done his sentence was reduced to a few years and was ready to head back to his cell. Before he could leave though the old soldier rose up and through out an idea to both him and the table. Recruit Sean into the U.A.F. Everyone was shocked and confused, especially Sean who thought the old man was crazy. The old soldier soon began to explain his idea and even showed some footage of his encounter with Sean in the raid. Gradually he pointed out his potential as a soldier, stating he would be an efficient soldier and useful in intel gathering against crime groups thanks to his background. The board was hesitant and unsure how wise it was, but the soldier stated he’d take full responsibility for him. In the end, still very hesitant of the idea, they agreed. Now it was only Sean who had the final say in the matter. Honestly, it seemed like he’d be forced to fight for someone else again, but just like before he didn’t have much of a choice. Either stay locked up in a cell for a few decades, or do what he does best. Reluctantly he agreed. As soon as Sean was released the old veteran finally introduced himself as Dale Hall, a respected captain within the U.A.F. To his word he had definitely taken responsibility of Sean, training him, putting him through lessons on regulations and rules, scolding him when he got in trouble and not giving him a day to rest. It was a pain, but to Sean’s confusion it felt different from before. For once the one commanding him around seemed to actually… care? It was odd for Sean. Past Halls stern lectures and training he actually showed the soft side of him, always eating with him, or helping him with his studies. He would even make sure Sean kept up with his health and take care of himself. It could get annoying, but Sean just let him go on with the parent act. After sometime though he even began to be connected with the other soldiers, for the first time feeling like he had actual comrades. Though he still would be a bit rough around the edges, Sean started to feel happy for the first time. It was like an actual home. The years passed and Sean served within the U.A.F with little regret in his decision in joining. Mission after mission he would feel more confident in his role within the U.A.F and started to shine within the ranks. Soon his mentor Hall retired from the U.A.F, but before he left he congratulated Sean on his rise through the ranks. Sean was certainly sad to see him go, but he knew he’d see him again when he’d get some leave time. A year after Hall’s retirement Sean caught wind of an upcoming project the U.G.C was about to launch. The Andromeda project. It seemed bizarre to him, but to his surprise an offer to be apart of the project came to him. Him, go on a 700 year journey through space? It seemed impossible, but again he had thought it’d be impossible to live this long. It took some thinking, but in the end he decided it was too big of a chance to miss. The day before he was to leave for the project Sean was drinking at a small bar, pondering if his decision was the right one. As his nervousness began to rise in his chest he was confronted by a familiar face, Hall. For the night the two drank, talked and laughed together as if it was their last night. Sadly it would be their last night together. Just as Sean readied to end the night Hall stopped him and gave some final words of pride and joy in the future Sean was making for himself. Through a few drunken tears Sean hugged the old man one last time, thanking him for what he did before reluctantly leaving. Now, with new found confidence in his future Sean is ready for the new path ahead of him. Emerging from her hair are a few long twisted horns running along with her hair and honestly they can be a bit annoying for her when she tries to get dressed. She has an elegant and slim figure about her that makes it so much easier moving around within her work place. When she isn’t working, which is rare, she likes to dress comfortably, wearing a soft and cozy cream colored sweater, loose fitting pants and slip on shoes. When working in the labs, or infirmary she wears her more professional attire, a tight fitting black uniform she’s had since working for the U.C.G. There are times when Aliza needs to leave her workplace and go into the field to collect samples or offer assistance so she created her own Exploration suit. She always believes having a cool head is the best way to handle great pressure instead of panicking. Going by the books is her go to method, always taking the proper steps in any possible scenarios that may befall them. Breaking this method of hers will irritate her and make her sternly remind people of proper steps or protocol. If you were to stay on her good side then you will find a kind and thoughtful person. Some may think she’s a stick in the mud with all of her rules, but once in awhile she’ll relax to enjoy herself and interact with the rest of the crew. Aliza takes pride in her work, liking to spend as much time as she can in her lab to continue her research or assisting crew members within the medical wing. Despite her age Aliza has been praised highly for her dedication and accomplishments in her line of work. An issue of hers though, beside her stubborn by the book personality, is her distaste for a messy environment. She’ll be more than happy to deal with a bit of a mess to complete her job, but if the slightest thing is out of order she will completely organize her work place, not stopping until everything is perfect. Aliza is not much of a fighter, preferring to leave it to others or make attempts in diplomacy. She will do her best to stay out of a fight, but if worst comes to worst she’ll reluctantly use the self defense skills she was forced to learn before the voyage. Role Doctor/Scientist Equipment Reluctantly Aliza has a standard issue pistol at her side. On her wrist is an advanced touchpad, capable of scanning life forms, minerals, environments and even decrypting unknown writings in case it is foreign, or unreadable. On her back is a pack with medical supplies for emergencies and a few drones used to collect samples of interest. On the back of her belt is a small pouch filled with tools used for welding, or dissecting. Previous Branch U.G.C Research Branch Biography Aliza was born within the great Lorin Home Fleet and belonged to a well respected family of scientists. Aliza spent little of her childhood within the Home Fleet, but the time she remembers within the fleet was a wonderful memory. Seemingly an endless string of breath taking ships, the beautiful void of shining stars and the many gorgeous planets. It was all like a fairytale to her. Now it is a distant memory. At the age of four she and her family separated from the Home Fleet after her parents agreed to become a part of the U.G.C Research team assigned to take part in an upcoming project. So along with her parents Aliza and her sister, Erza, were relocated away from the fleet. Aliza will always miss the fleet, but she was simply happy to be with her family. It took some time getting used to her new home, but luckily as she grew she became engrossed within her own personal studies, finding new topics to research and learn. Her sister would always tease her for being a bookworm, but Aliza was too fascinated with the seemingly endless amount of knowledge within the universe. By the age of twelve, she would create her own inventions, small holograms of specimens and DNA, drones and she even make up a few designs for cybernetic limbs. Her parents, through all of their busy work, noticed her potential and at the age of sixteen was enrolled into a prestigious university thanks to some well timed favors. Within the university she excelled in her classes, taking on all fields of studies with both eagerness and ease. After a few years she succeeded in her classes, picking up a few medical degrees along the way out of boredom and graduated top of her class. It was quite an accomplishment and she had certainly made her family proud, but a great fire to learn and discover new things still raged on in her heart. After graduating and celebrating with her family Aliza began to ponder where she should take her new skills, wanting to go wherever offered new challenges and feats to conquer. So many options stood before her, yet she couldn’t make up her mind. Unfortunately a few days after her graduation Aliza had received a call from her sister, having trouble understanding her over her crying. Soon though she would learn of a deadly accident within her parents labs, her parents being among the casualties. Aliza fell into a state of depression, the death of her parents hard on the young Lorin. After the funeral Aliza was approached by a woman who gave her brief condolences for her loss before introducing herself as Karen Anderson, her parents former boss and lead researcher within the U.C.G. After giving her condolences she cut straight to business, offering her a position within the U.C.G research wing to take part in the project her parents had assisted in. Aliza was taken aback, shocked by the offer and unsure what to think of being offered such a huge job offer out of the blue. Mrs. Anderson must have picked up on it since she continued on to explain her reason, stating she showed great potential in such an important project for the U.C.G and that her parents spoke highly of her. It was all a bit much for her in the moment, but the chance to continue her parents hard work sounded like the right thing to do. Before she accepted the job she only had one question; what was the project? Mrs. Anderson seemed amused before answering her question. The Andromeda Project. She would be paired with the best scientist and engineers both Humanity and Lorin kind had to offer to construct the projects success. The Atlas, a massive craft built to for a 700 year voyage. The idea seemed insane to her, even an impossible feat. Then again, to go against the impossible is exactly what she wanted. So, seeing no reason to turn down the offer Aliza accepted. From there Aliza spent seven long years aiding in the in the Andromeda project before it was finally time to put all of their hard work to the test.
