The queen narrowed her eyes. She sighed. She wasn't in the mood for this. She looked between the guard and the girl. She didn't say anything for a while. She was thinking. She took a breath. Soon, she eventually spoke. 
"She will have to be locked up for the time being. We will see what to do with her once she's served some time in there."
That was all she could do at the moment, not with her husband not around to help at the moment.
