Personality: Wesley is a very sweet, charming young man. He's a bit timid at first, but once you get to know him, he's caring and loyal. He tries his best to be a gentlemen, and not offend people, but despite his kind nature, he can be stubborn at times, and has a rather short temper, so just... don't poke the bear.

Abilities: He isn't the most skilled of folks with hand-to-hand combat, but he can sure pull a trigger. In short, he's more of a ranged person than anything, and if he gets you in his sight, there's almost no getting out. 
He's oddly very agile, and can easily get to high up or hard to reach places and spots.
He was a trader for a while, a merchant if you will, and a good negotiator to boot. If you need something, he probably has it. If he needs something, well, you're in for a good deal of haggling, my friend.

Equipment:
Punk Pistol: A basic pistol, it just looks cool.
Swiss Army Knife: Just that. Nothing all that special, really.
Lunetta's Locket: A special locket given to him by his mother, meant as a good luck charm. He wears it constantly.
