That's actually exactly what it is. I might have forgotten when I finished to go back to all the spots where it says "snub-barreled blaster rifle" and fix it. I couldn't find anything specifically from canon that fit that role, since I imagine the E-11 wouldn't be something civilians would want to get caught with.
