[center] Is an Oc, to keep it simple: he uses brain waves to generate electric volts and volleys of arrows. He can get bad headaches from this however. He was born into a poverty ridden city of muck and filth. His issue is that he's a clean freak, so simply he joined the clean-up force. After 3 years, he was able to have finish his project, but something about him changed. The city he originated from would progressively get worse after the clean up, so he demanded to speak to the officials. He went to the capitol of his country with a gun, and a dagger. He would demand answers. The dictator told him of the radiation that was dumped into his city. After that, he would pull his gun planning to assassinate the leader. He failed. The gun was taken from his hand by a body guard and he charged at the man. He would unsheathe his dagger, and get a single stab into the arm. The guards were called on him. Simply due to stress, his fingers began to spark, and he would have shot him in the head with a volt.
