Welcome to halo island a vast island outside the main city. It's a nice town with, resorts, town, Halo College, everything. Every midnight for two hours' time stands still, the nightmares from people's nightmares become real attacking killing helpless souls that experience Death Reign, unfortunate powerless souls, wide awake.
