I [i]asked[/i] OOC. Repeatedly. Because the thing about socially-awkward characters is that [i]they only work if other people co-operate[/i]. And, I would like to note, character development isn't a valid reason for them to start talking; you need an established characterisation before you can go about developing it. 

But I got ignored [i]every time[/i]. That's why I ended up leaving: the OOC is absolutely [i]useless[/i] for OOC, because any actual OOC tends to get ignored in favour of (generally omake) RPing!

Also, Rusalka? It's not 'every time there's a connection'. Tohru and Mira is a unique case. : /
