Well, Archer is ok as he's. Granted that, knowing how he looks would be really good, since imagining a mute, shapeless blob will be kinda hard for everyone, I guess. On the subject of his Noble Phantasm. I just would like to have an idea of what class of Phantasmal Species those hounds are. Or if they are or not Phantasmals at all.
I'll add a face claim later, I just don't have the means to do so at the moment. As for his hounds... I could use some help with that. They aren't Phantasmal Species, just regular dogs, so their existence is closer to representations of the hounds Actaeon had in life created by the Grail. I thought there was a term for things like that, beings summoned as part of an NP, but I can't remember what it is; I thought they were called Pseudo-Servants but that's something else.
Hey if you're looking for more ideas for skills while it's still time, why not tack on Eye of the Mind (False) kinda like Orion's? They're both cool Artemis hunters and I think it'd fit the themes you were going for, and gives Actaeon more to do with himself and his dogs.
I think if Actaeon had Eye of the Mind (False) he would have known better than to peek on a Goddess in the bath. I did consider adding that skill, but I was going for a Servant who's better as a hunter than an archer or warrior and it didn't seem entirely appropriate; though now that I look at the skill more closely, Actaeon would be the type to have really good instincts I think. There's also the issue of there being a limit of 3 skills on OC Servants; I could replace Animal Dialog with EotM since I'm not sure being able to give non-verbal orders his hounds is enough to qualify as a skill.
