For something made from Wiki-stuff it's certainly not too bad. I've seen way way worse. Certainly it's messy and clunky in some aspects but the idea is clear enough.

Mystic eyes aren't all that rare. It's more about the level of mystic eyes that determines if it's something rare or not. Stuff like the basic sort are manufactureable. Things on the ranking of Jewels are a big deal. But there's plenty of in-between and go for whatever is my advice.
