Not so much stole as conquered and took as spoils of war, but the two things aren't really connected. He's the rightful king of England, and the stone offers its benefits to any rightful king, even if they aren't its proper owner. After all, it went from Ireland to Scotland to England just fine. As for his hounds... I could use some help with that. They aren't Phantasmal Species, just regular dogs, so their existence is closer to representations of the hounds Actaeon had in life created by the Grail. I thought there was a term for things like that, beings summoned as part of an NP, but I can't remember what it is; I thought they were called Pseudo-Servants but that's something else.
I think that being Magical Beasts of the lowest rank, like around the level of a modern chimera, would be the least they would be since they are summoned through a Noble Phantasm. [@KoL] You're ok. Get her on the CS tab whenever you can. It seems that now we got ourselves a good number of proper mages, a manipulator of mystic codes, a master of runes, and a generalist. Now, let's see how good the quota of aberrations will be... [@Yukitamas] Pretty much ok, but I think that Anti-Fortress is too much exaggeration for his NP. Lower it to Anti-Army and you can move to the CS tab as well.
