The other one was actually my preferred option between the two ones I saw. Even if it's a Japanese, I don't believe it would be that much of a problem.

As for this one, I suppose that your point of view is right but not necessarily in saying that Archer and Berserker would deserve another NP just because Assassin has two.

On the other hand, Assassin's second Noble Phantasm could be removed since the fire is already his normal attack and being able to use an AoE version is expected of him there's no explicit need for a Noble Phantasm version in this case. I imagine that [@Reflection] would be alright with it as well.
