[@Cleverbird] I mean, you can only insulate something so well without damaging its use. Anything that can transmit/receive signals will always be vulnerable to directed EMPs. Generally speaking, the only really effective counter is something that can shut off and shield itself when it detects large spikes in electromagnetic activity. I don't wanna sound like I'm being nitpicky about your armor, but I still want to know where that three foot thick armor plate fits on that suit. I could see it if it was a separate shield on an arm or something, but no part of it really looks like it could hold a fourth of its height-thick plate of armor. I mean, even a modern nuclear submarine's armor plating only ends up at about a foot thick...and those take multiple atmospheres of pressure at all times.
