[@Gisk] The way Bendis is rolling his new Legion, they use the codename, powers, and personality and go from there. In the past their home worlds have changed, origins altered, and looks completely changed. Good examples would be the "threeboot" Legion's Colossal Boy who was a giant from another world that could shrink to normal size rather than a human from Earth who gained powers from a serum. Dream Girl was always a blonde in silver spandex but now in Bendis' reboot she looks like she's covered in a white starfield type effect.
