Asura was midly surprised that he could change that particular quality of himself. The bugbear stepped in him and like gum he stuck and tripped the larger being to fall down. Watching as he caught himself on one hand that immediately got webbed by Steve. Well this would work nicely for larger and potentially more powerful foes. Stick them to the ground and then clobber their head and other vulnerabilities. Ardur came in and just curb stomped the bugbears knee after Mother Slime went across the bugbears face, so Asura released the leg. But the reason the bugbear had run came up pretty damn quick. Asura tried to analyze the young human, elder human, and the bugbear to see their threat levels. Honestly he wondered if Rattleskull was just a power fluke because he ruled the cave. If all bugbears were high leveled he wanted to know, maybe find a way to grind them until they were 'grays'. "Ardur...could really use that heal now..." He muttered as he moved further from the humans. Especially since the kid was moving closer slowly. "Mother Slime, get back to the burrow." He said as he shifted into a more humanoid shape, at least from a waist up perspective. He held his arms up and palms facing the humans. "It's yours if you want it. I've no desire to come against you lot." Asura stated, trying to use universal body language considering his tone was neutral. Monsters could be strong on a base level like in games. But equipment always gave a boost of some sort, especially when quality was concerned. You could have two longswords, but the mastercraft will wipe the floor with the poor quality one. None of the monsters present save for the bugbear had any equipment. Well except Ardur's armor and a makeshift poker with a flakbeetle mandible. They'd be easy pickings for the platemail wearer. The youth could probably be taken down via teamwork. But that would be for much later. Assuming the group lived through this.
