[h1][color=f7976a][center] The Notorious [/center][/color][/h1]

	It's the lovely year 2035, the year of promises, or broken promises, depends on who you are. So here's the lowdown: the government has released genetically engineered rats specific to carrying very contagious and lethal diseases in poor communities to kill off the poor so the rich can save money. Cyborgs have banded with artificial intelligence to riot among others for equality as they are now treated as slaves and animals. 

	Gene editing becomes common to the point of picking talents, when it became restricted again, but not before creating certain individuals that were gene edited in a way that they would be literal gods at certain things, called [i]The Notorious[/i]. The government has gone to drastic measures to find the Notorious because they would be the only chance of successful rebellion and so the government could instead use them to enforce laws to a point of subtle dictation. 

	Richer sectors use methods like plastic surgery and somatic gene editing to make themselves more beautiful yet natural, like angels, whereas those in the slum sectors have more 'badass' haircuts with unnatural hair, skin, and eye color combinations and they look more like 'colorful demons'.  

	So what are you? Perhaps a cyborg fighting for freedom, or maybe a member of the richer sectors, pulling off a whole new definition to 'ethereal'? [i]Who[/i] do you want to be?
