How could anyone relax in such a situation? Here he was with a cop who probably knew everything about his and the illegal things he did...while the hacking might be minor and limited to simple information gathering, didn't mean it wasn't a crime. Even when the blonde woman said she wasn't going to take him in, it did nothing to ease the jumbled mess of nervousness and suspicion that he felt. Noticing her gesture Tao turned back towards the bar, idling picking at at smooth wood of the bar - a nervous habit that he never seemed to break. He let out a huff when she said she wasn't there to talk about philosophers either, instead she reached into one of her pockets and pulled out a little white card. His eyes narrowed as he watched her, what in the world could he do with a card? A Luna Sports facility key card at that. It was obvious that it wasn't hers based on the picture of the egghead on the front and the name. Slowly Tao's curiosity began to pull at him and the gears in his head started to turn. This cop lady needed his help; Why? She could probably get one of those tech lab people that dealt with computers to do it. Wouldn't that have been a safer route for her to go? Then a thought occurred to him, what if she couldn't go the safer route? If she was coming to to someone like him, that meant she either didn't want to put one of her co-workers in possible danger with whatever the key card was....or it meant that they had no idea what she was up to. That was an interesting angle, a cop who wanted to know what this tiny white key card had opened so bad that she was willing to bypass whatever policies she normally had to follow. "what doors it's opened, huh?" He echoed softly, though his attention was momentarily pulled away from the intriguing key card and to a flamboyant looking guy who came up to Paige. Tao could feel a tension in the air that made his skin prickle, though he wasn't sure what it was from. Tao looked to the blonde, he recognized him from some music group that his sister liked. Maybe this would be a good opportunity to diffuse a situation. Putting on a smile, Tao spoke to the blonde man. "Oh, your from Sirens! My sister loves your music, could I have an autograph?" The male asked with a small head-tilt, looking to the other male with glittering green eyes.
