I've elected to lurk around a while rather than jump right into applying. I have a few characters I'd enjoy playing -- and two CSes nearly finished up, sans sample posts -- but I don't really have any [i]stories[/i] to tell at the moment. I'd rather be a passive observer and watch what y'all are up to, rather than jump in feet-first without a plan, eventually get stuck, and then vanish when the shame of being unable to write overtakes me.

So I guess consider this my Uatu application?
