So sadly, he had to admit defeat in this one circumstance. He tried some sort of witty response but stalled out halfway through when he realized that he truly didn't have any sort of comeback. Swearing to himself and promising that he would find some way to get the damned wizard back someday, Roman turned his attention back towards the mission at hand. Its a little bit of a strange one for the operative to wrap his head around, even when considering what his standard operations were like with SHIELD. Following along silently, Roman wondered about how they would really know if they had changed the future. Since they wouldn't really remember what had come before to lead to those events, would that mean the moment they did exactly that, their memories until now would suddenly change? Or would there be some strange paradox where only they really knew the truth of the matter? The concept occupied the young agent's mind as he followed along with the group, trying to figure out the complexities of it all until they were actually in front of Dr. Pym, then it would be back to showtime.
