[i]Neuron Strings[s]|[/s] As of the most current recordings, #9 is capable of shooting out thin "string" from his fingertips and toes. This string is quite durable, to the point where nigh impossible to destroy without having #9 dissolving it at a certain junction. There doesn't seem to be a limit on how far these can stretch or go, and furthermore #9 can freely manipulate these "strings."

The main power does not lie in the physically capabilities of the "string," but rather what it can do to the body as it is made of highly specialized neurons that can attach to a body and send signals throughout the victims body. They can nearly control all bodily functions with this, even going so far as to puppet around the person like a marionette or even read their minds. They can also cause other things to occur in the body, such as high blood pressure, blindness, heart attacks, creating an over abundance of acid, and other things the body can do.

#9 can also alter the ways his body works, such as an increased perception, better reaction times, etc. This miracle seems to have a multitude of uses and its unknown what else it can do. The only thing it is incapable of doing is regrowing limbs or increasing cell division. It is currently unknown if these strings can manipulate anything else besides living beings.

Outside of this all, he has basic close combat training as well; whether it is to make up for his powers "deficiencies" or compliment them, it doesn't exactly matter as he hardly puts that training to use. Furthermore, he is often seen pursuing different subjects, often leaving a mess in his endeavors; currently is trying to learn how to play the violin.[/i]
