Hushabye ~[@ShwiggityShwah], [@13org] (HUS)~
"Maybe she can pick her name. Hmmm... Let me think. Ozzy. Haley. Camilla? Rose? Ada? Violet?"
"Can she even talk? 'Cause it doesn't look like it." Haley remarked, lowering her wings. "And I'm fine with Georgia. I was just asking. Although, I think I like Ada."
"You think she'd freak out of we had to fly her?"
"Yeah, probably." Haley bluntly answered. "I mean, unless you can explain to her that we'd be grabbing her by the limbs, lifting her a couple of leagues into the sky and taking her somewhere unknown. Oh and you'll also have to explain that it's not a kidnapping." The Siren's sarcasm was sharp. "Anyway, I agree that we should take her to somewhere where she won't bother anyone. However, the swamp up north isn't exactly devoid of souls. I'm pretty sure there are monsters that are living there but I think they'll be okay with Georgia over here." Haley remarked. "Although, they might... influence her. You know, make her more... monster-y. As in, teach her to look for a guy to bang and all that."
~[@Stern Algorithm]~
"Oh! We're preparing an herb garden. We're also integrating it with the kitchen, and planning on maybe a greenhouse as well. So I can make medicine, and Vivian can make pastries. We've spent a few nights at the Guild and really haven't contributed much in the area we were supposed to, so it's high time we started. Fortunately, Talia's help has been indispensable."
"I see. Can't wait to try out your pastries..." Neil told Vivian. "...and your medicine will help a lot, Sylvia. I don't know if you know but the Guild gets quests that involves a lot of trouble. Serious trouble, ones that might leave someone needing a lot of medicine." He then told Sylvia. "Anyway since I'm here, I might as well lend a hand." "Huh, why?" Talia asked. "I mean, I appreciate the offer but don't you want to rest first inside?" Neil shrugged. "Well as you know, me and Bart aren't on... good terms yet. It's just gonna be trouble with each other nearby." He explained. "So, what can I do to help?" ------ Much was done with the extra pair of hands and the herb garden's fences were nearing completion. During the work, a couple of wagons filled with men arrived. They were the crew that Bart had hired to fix the guild building's entrance. They focused on their work and left the Liliraune's group alone. By late afternoon, the garden's fences were complete and it enclosed a good size of land. Now it was time to work on a shed to store tools and the like. "We'll need more materials to build the shed. Let me talk to Bart about this, maybe see if the construction crew can spare us some. Meanwhile, you three should get some rest for now." Talia then left Neil and the Altissima sisters alone. Neil sunk to sit on the grassy soil. His face was red from exhaustion and was silently thankful for the break. "Oh man. I did some heavy lifting back home but this is something else." He panted. "Still glad to have helped though. Finally did something rather than stand around and watching others do their thing." He looked over to the Altissima sisters and his gaze was once again drawn to the giant flower that appeared as the pair's 'feet'. "I never thought I'd see you. Your kind, I mean." Neil began. He looked up to Sylvia and Vivian but then looked back down again with flushed cheeks, unable to look at the Liliraune's main bodies without being bewitched by their innate beauty. He cleared his throat before continuing, his gaze now to the distant horizon. "You-- There weren't any monsters where I'm from. We... We always guessed what you looked like, what you did, but we never saw one. Not a single one." He sighed. "So, you know, this is quite the experience for me. Seeing so many monsters in such a little time. Heck, being part of a guild that's like, half monsters." "But I'm glad you guys aren't harmful. Very, very glad. Thank God." Neil finished, glad to have let all that out.
~[@BKBurke]~ You were gone for a day or two due to some personal errand. By the time you got back to the guild, you see a whole construction crew doing repairs on the hole that used to be the entrance to the building. Wagons were parked nearby and stone materials were piled at places, ready to be used. Sounds of hammers and construction permeated the air as Bart approaches you. "Hey, you're back! I'm glad because a lot of our previous members had errands to run and never came back. Good to know you're not one of them." The guild master patted you at the back. "As you can see, the crew I've hired has come and has begun working on our entrance." "Why don't you lend them a hand? I also want you to be our eyes on them, make sure they don't do anything sneaky on us. I can't be everywhere at once." Bart requested. "Well... unless you have something you need to do."
