[@AmpharosBoy]The brains is fine but I'm not sure how they'd factor into Shade Walker's group. They're meant to be an active agent cell meant to go on missions actively to spread the organization's influence. There are other groups like the aforementioned White Skull who specializes in certain fields like hers. Unless you purely intend for her to be some sort of agent, or really side character I'm not sure how to properly implement her. And Keiko's ability is fine up until the point where they start to fail to distinguish friend from foe. That leads into a huge liability aspect to the character. Shade Walker would have had to accept the fact that he is allowing a possible actually feral villain into his active strike force team.
Brains is more of a side character (I think I had this mentioned in the hider in the character sheet PM I made but I seemingly removed it in the transfer.) She probably won't mean much to the main group but she does very often monitor Keiko's activities, especially in the field. Her inclusion in your plans is definitely not necessary, unless there's really something relevant we think of down the line. Keiko is the one really involved, though he follows a lot of input that Chikako herself provides. One theme I wanted for Keiko was to regain his independence, which can be a natural progression I can make over time as the RP continues. Chikako isn't important to anyone else in the immediate area, honestly. Unless someone has a problem with Keiko himself, as in some eyes he's probably more or less a tool more than a person. As for for the Quirk problem, I agree with this. The entirety of both of these are first drafts, so changes can definitely be made. I will remove full-on blind bloodlust and simply keep the enhancement and infection abilities with perhaps just increased aggression towards intended targets. Would this suffice? I'll be gone for awhile today, but I will make edits sometime today for sure.
