I've been called in as a ringer, so ring in I shall.

Name: Tokushima Utsumi
Age: 25
Appearance: "Hey, you know the way 'round here? You seem a bit... Lost."
Personality: Despite being a misanthrope at heart, Utsumi is abnormally outgoing; though by no means a 'friendly person', his tendency to get involved in trouble (and its resulting cleanup) has labeled him as a person whose name is somewhat well known within Mifune City, for better or for worse. That being said, it is not for the sake of others that he gets involved; rather, Utsumi places his own enjoyment of the situation above all else. Rather than the people, he finds their actions far more intriguing, and thus acts as more an agent of chaos, only stepping in from the sidelines once things stop being entertaining enough to warrant his continued observation. This only really applies when he is involved in the creation of the problem, though, as his own odd moral code dictates that he at least attempt to finish what he starts if the person in question is incompetent enough to do so on their own.
Abilities: Rather than have any notable magecraft or relevant prowess in that field, Utsumi excels in moving around and fighting on the fly. His style, in short, revolves around swift movements and tiring the opponent out, often attempting to provoke them into giving him an opening to take advantage of. To that end, he is a true dirty fighter, as is the case when having to deal with the occasional rowdy drunk, and will not hesitate to throw all rules of honor out the window at the first opportunity. That being said, he is essentially still a regular human thrown into an extraordinaty situation, and dealing with the insanity that comes about as a result isn't exactly easy.
History: Having grown up in the midst of Mifune City, Utsumi was never one to talk with others. His parents, having been an odd branch family descendant that had long since been abandoned, knew nothing of magecraft, and thus raised him as they would any other child. His odd tendencies of helping out when problems arose—usually when he was around—gave rise to a multitude of nicknames, none of which actually stuck. Following high school, though, Utsumi had decided—however abruptly—to begin working as a bartender. The job was a perfect guise for gathering more information, and the late hours only continued to help matters in that regard. The mention of a few odd happenings around the city coupled with a weird mark that appeared on the back of his hand one day was something he found too interesting to pass up, and so he began to dig for information. One thing led to another, and he found himself buying live chickens through a few secondary proxies and preparing to try whatever the heck it was that old tome in his parents' basement was about...
Other: As is expected of a person who takes far too much joy in starting and observing chaos, Utsumi has a few shadier ties to organizations. He's never needed nor desired to cash any favors in, especially since directly killing people wouldn't be fun, but if necessary, he can "phone a friend for some help".

Name: Valkyrie (Ortlinde)
Class: Lancer
Appearance: Valkyrie—Individual name, Ortlinde.
Personality: Aloof and quiet, Ortlinde is a person—or, rather, being—of few words. Among the Valkyries that could have been summoned, she is among the most inexperienced, and often attempts to act in accordance with her role as a result. That being said, it is not as if she differentiates herself to any large degree from any of her sisters; she inherently shares their ideals, as they share hers, with the only real differences being her personality, voice, and appearance. Going so far as to even compare herself to a machine or computer, Ortlinde is not necessarily a Servant with with whom it is easy to come to an understanding with in the first place. The result of closing that gulf may not even make itself readily apparent, especially given what happened to her eldest sister, Brynhildr. That being said, not being connected to her sisters is odd enough as it is; what effect that will have on her remains to be seen. As a Valkyrie, Ortlinde can create and use these runes to her advantage—whether that means enhancing herself for combat, creating bounded fields, or any other myriad effects, so long as she has the time to correctly prepare and/or engrave them, their effects can be shown. Of course, the quality and complexity therein does shift such things accordingly, and her own personal level of expertise doesn't help matters much, either.
Cygnus Mystic Code: A These wings (which look less like wings and more like an incomplete ring of light) are what allow Ortlinde (and, by extension, other Valkyries) to take flight. Made by Odin himself, this Mystic Code is exclusive to her and her alone.
Fateweaver: B As a Valkyrie, Ortlinde is able to identify those who have performed heroic deeds and are thus able to be brought to Valhalla; this works as a sort of pseudo-True Name Discernment that only functions upon people who are eligible. That being said, though, this also means that she is able to guide the paths of heroes along to a certain extent, pitting them against trials and possibly even aiding them to determine if they are worthy of being brought over in the first place.
Effects: A copy of Odin's spear, Gungnir. As it is a copy, its effects are degraded, but it retains a natural bonus against undead opponents. When its True Name is invoked and the weapon is thrown, the weapon homes in on Ortlinde's target and strikes them without fail; additionally, its anti-demonic effects are further amplified should the strike not be deflected entirely.

Name: Ragnarok Lifthrasir — Closure Illusion - Girls Advent
Rank: B
Type: Anti-Army
Appearance: N/A
Effects: When invoked, Ortlinde summons a group of Valkyries to her location. After designating a target (or targets) and location, all of them, Ortlinde included, launch their weapons at the enemy. On top of never missing their target as byproducts of being replicas of Gungnir, the ground that is demarcated by this Noble Phantasm is designated as a Bounded Field, within which all non-Servant familiars are greatly weakened. The only exception to this, of course, are those who are Undead; any who fall into that category are annihilated, fated to return to the earth.
