Darkspire's abilities are based on the lunar cycle, getting stronger as the moon grows full, however there is a drawback. Sep I'll send you the wip I have when I'm on my laptop.

Orwell's abilities are more of energy channelling and cataclysm. He can't generate extra or do more outside of simply absorbing and releasing energy. His attack is more along the lines of draining energy from a source and using it to fight.
