"Good Question. I haven't seen what's back there, but we should probably take things high in carbohydrates, like potatoes and bread. Carbs will provide long term energy." And it would. Though Kale admittedly didn't know a whole lot about nutrition, other than just some basic things he learned from school. He was more concerned about making the food taste good rather than knowing its molecular structure. But that's being hopeful. They might not have put in a grocery order recently, or it may not have arrived. Or it could have arrived just in time, and the room would be fully stocked. As for what could be in there, Kale only had a quick look at the menu. It was mostly just regular diner stuff. Burgers, breakfast stuff like eggs and bacon, and he thought he saw something like Salisbury Steak. Unfortunately, none of that stuff they could really take with them. If they made things from scratch here, they might have some raw ingredients they could use.
