Two ideas currently:

Former special forces soldier that becomes a vicious vigilante after gaining powers. Sort of a middle ground between the Punisher and Batman, still all about stealth and parkour but he skins people alive and strings up their corpses to send a message. Power-wise I think he could just be "hyper-physical" or something, just very strong and fast and durable.

Other idea is for a psuedo-cult leader with a hypnotic mind control power. I kind of want for him to be highly cyberized, with half his brain replaced with electronics that have driven him basically insane. His pitch is very high-concept parahuman liberation, but really he's just a nutcase.
