I will state that the discord is getting sizable, but likely with some folks with rps an' such, it is mostly active currently. Toast's map will likely be constantly changing as folks join or move on at any rate.

Plan is, I'll start making posts once we have 2-3 full and ready sheets, and we will start the roleplay clock, every half month, the world will continue on by one season, which should give in theory plenty of time to get people's rp stuff in order.

Edit: On the other note, I do plan to release a magic and divinity codex as another project, clear up that part of the lore when I can.
