Lucien glanced back at Geralt. He knew that the man most likely thought the reason they had come here was for him. He wasn't wrong, but it also wasn't completely the case. It just made the whole thing a lot less risky than going to the other much more desolate town. 

[color=burlywood]"There were a couple things we had to do in the area."[/color] He said, but decided to leave it at that. It had also been lucky that there was a lake nearby. Had they taken the other route, it would have been much harder to find somewhere to refill Cora's tank, based on what he had seen on the map. Of course there was no reason for him to go into details on that at the moment. He'd see for himself soon enough. His response wasn't surprising, that was about what he expected to hear, considering their exchange back at his apartment. Those prices would easily fly in Paris, he of all people knew that. 

[color=burlywood]"I expected as much."[/color] He said, growing pensive. Honestly if the country wasn't suffering at the cost of the depression, he would have been much more willing to charge more, but right now they couldn't deter their patrons by overcharging. He wanted to take advantage of the fact children would be getting in for free to encourage more people to come with their families. 

[color=burlywood]"I'm afraid we'll have to make due with fifty cents. Deterring people with higher prices is the last thing I wish to do at the moment, considering it's our second time here."[/color] When they headed for the next town, he would be able to revisit that. For a moment, his attention shifted to the way the man carried himself, with one arm behind his back. It reminded him of what he and Illyana had talked about. Perhaps he had overthought that vision a little. This particular posture might simply be normal for the man. It sure appeared to be. He turned to look forward again, not wanting the man to think he was staring. It was then they arrived at the man's performance tent. He had prepared it to be larger than some of the others, knowing he would most likely bring in a bigger audience. He had guessed his shows would be on the longer side, therefore wanted to make sure people would be less likely to miss it.
