Made an edit (courtesy of Hank) that puts the caravan a lot further [i]South[/i] towards the Pitt making pickup by BoS forces much more likely along the way. 

I intend for him to be a 'local' that is too dumb to tell anyone 'hey I'm a local' to make some [i]hilarious[/i] remark after they just got done defeating the big bad enemy asking why 'they didn't just take the alternative safer route'.
