Finding what doors the Key-card had open had been pretty easy, simply a matter of accessing the card and reading codes which then matched with whatever doors the correlated with. The issue came when Tao had to match the codes with the physical locations of the door, it was all a jumbled mess and he half suspected someone did it on purpose. After several hours he had figured it out and listed all the information neatly on an excel spreadsheet for Paige and him to use. After finding out what the officer wanted he thought that would be the end of it, that she would go on her merry way and he would go back to taking on tedious jobs and boring jobs. Instead Paige ended up dragging the boy along on her goose chase. Tao found himself spending hours with the blonde officer going through and finding the doors, all of which had been downstairs. It was a facility that he had never seen before and kind of bugged him, though he couldn't put his finger on why. "This is friggin' weird...." he mumbled while they were meandering through the place. It reminded him of something out of a movie, this whole situation did. Eventually their fun little journey brought them to a dead end, a room that could have been a storage room. The musty smell that hung in the air was strong and burned his nose. There were so many boxes lining the walls and on the shelves, some of them looked incredibly old. The cardboard on some of them was frayed and flimsy simply from being old. Tao looked to his cell phone to look at the map he had made, a similar one would have been on the tablet Paige had. "A dead end?" He wondered, moving over to something that was covered and taking the plastic tarp off. It was a forkkift. He was sure there was another door around but no matter how hard they searched the just could not find it. Tao was absolutely positive that he had not made a mistake - there had to be a door somewhere. There was no way in hell he had spent hours trekking through this place just to end up at a dead spot. "It's here, the code for the door was here." he said, his green eyes gazing around the room. His legs were throbbing from walking so much and he really wanted to sit, so with a sigh the boy hopped up on the forklift and plopped himself into the padded chair with a sigh. "I has to be here." He muttered as she began to go through the calculations once again on his phone, though his eyes happened to drift upwards towards the wheel of the forklift. At first Tao wasn't sure what he was looking at, the spot for the ignition looked really weird and he wondered what the heck kind of key the forklift used. Then he realized that it was a key...a keycard. "Hey Paige....I think I found something." He said slowly, gesturing for her to come over to him and look what he found.
