His eyes are red and hungry, his long white hair in disarray, with a guard around his mouth to stop him from biting and draining the guards that watch him. They would put a straitjacket on him, but he'd just rip though it

Equipment: A large, heavy scythe made of black magic, plate armor (confiscated.)

Weaknesses: Photosensitivity, bravery in others

Phobias: Light, holy or blessed items, like crosses

Skills: Ancient weapons (i.e. swords, bows axes, scythes, ect.) hand to hand combat, modern weapons

Levitation: He can float/fly at will, regardless of what form he's in

Vampire: He can drink blood to heal/feed

Nercomancy: Self explanatory.

Shapeshifting: He can change form on a whim, but it takes concentration to stay that way. If it's disrupted, he goes back to his true form

Darkvision: Sees better in the dark then he does in light

Limb regeneration: If given enough time, and enough blood, he can grow back missing body parts

Magic theft: Can drain blood of magical beings to copy their powers. This makes him unstable, and his body will violently eject the powers out of him until he fully incorporates into his form.

Psychic control: Can hold creatures in place with his mind, as long as he stares them in the eyes.

Thrall: If he completely drains the blood out of a living creature, it becomes a zombie under his control. He can choose to make humanoids a vampire instead, but they would be released from his control.

Personality: He is haunting. The kind of monster you'd find in your worst nightmare. His bright red eyes bore into the soul. He is hungry. Always hungry. He must feed. On any living creature he comes across. He smells like blood. Like an ocean of it. It's choking stench follows him around like a second skin.
