[@Ambra] It's your RP, we can do whatever. Could be an Orange Islands/Alola type deal with "challenge" gyms, and the teams just follow a theme instead of a specific type. Also clears up people gunning for E4 spots, since you can just dole out roles as you think they're deserved.
