Yes, but chaos magic won't be the most [i]efficient[/i] way to do anything. In fact it is the least efficient way to do anything, (most costly to learn and highest Mana to cast). BUT chaos magic can do anything.

In other words, you will be a "Jack of All Trades" but a "King" of none.
