Emilia is five foot eight with an elegant but well endowed figure backed up by an undertone of muscle. She had long straight platinum blond hair that reaches down her back and bright blue eyes. When given the time to pretty herself up she braids one side of her hair. 

When it comes to dressing herself Emilia only has two kinds of outfits. Her military outfit consists of her pilot suit or uniform worn under a camouflage military jacket that used to be owned by her father. When she needs to dress up she takes a few pages from her mother’s teachings. Old fashioned but elegant red or blue dresses, sometimes including corsets to accentuate her figure,

[color=ed1c24]Sir, I would like to request that Emilia Gallows be removed from our squad on the grounds of psychological issues. I understand that she passed the official psych exam, but her personal history makes me think she might be a ticking time bomb.

Her mother was a Martian noble who was supposed to get married into another noble family, consolidating both of them into a single powerful family. Instead, she ran off with some unclean Venusian and got disowned.

The Venusian was a soldier and the mother raised Emilia. Apparently she wanted Emilia to succeed where she failed, marrying someone good. Nobody wanted to take her. She was a social pariah and a freak. No idea what the bitch expected considering her bloodline. 

On top of all that she was just plain strange. Apparently she would talk about people like she could feel their presence or spirit or some shit. That doesn’t sound sane

To make matters worse, her father died in the tail end of the age of piracy to a mobile suit with a dog insignia. Apparently she entered the military not too long after. She says it makes her “feel closer to her father.” What the hell does that mean? Why does she want to feel closer to a mutated corpse in space?

To top it all off the guys don’t like her. Sometimes she’ll be solemn and serious, and sometimes she’s hanging off our shoulders like we are all buddy-buddy. It’s like she doesn’t know how to act or has mood swings or something.

I’m telling you. She has to be out for revenge. Or she thinks she can find her dad’s charred corpse and drift with him forever. Either way, she’s crazy[/color]

Emilia passed the psych exam so she is mentally well enough to be a soldier. However, due to friction between your squadron and Emilia, we have decided to transfer her to another squad. Another soldier will be assigned to your squad to take her place.

[h3][b]Skills and Abilities[/b][/h3]
Human Kai (fractured): Due to her father being a Human Kai, Emilia inherited the mutation. however, the gene modification from her mother’s side caused her to mutate further. Emilia’s human Kai potential is strong but in many ways fractured and detrimental to her. Instead of receiving a split-second warning before an attack, she is forced to view ghostly visions of people dying around her, or her own death if it comes to it. Perhaps there is something that could draw out more potential ... for a price

Soldier training. Emilia received basic soldier training and has at least basic proficiency with all of the weapons in Zern’s arsenal including mobile suits and handheld weaponry

Marksmanship: Emilia is noted as having a rather good record at the shooting range. With some additional experience and training, she could make a good sniper.

Dad’s Jacket: An old camouflage military jacket originally worn by Emilia’s father. She takes good care of it, and wears it “to feel closer to her father”
[h3][b]Strengths and Weaknesses[/b][/h3]
Emilia is emotionally unstable and in desperate need of therapy. Naturally, that can be hard to find while on duty a month away from home in a dangerous situation. Right now her psyche is mostly intact, but this could easily shift from outside forces and stress. The mere use of her Human Kai powers results in splitting migraines and deep emotional scars that can only get worse and worse...

Despite that, she is a good soldier, almost unreasonably so for her time in the military. Her Human Kai lets her predict incoming attacks and her marksmanship is top of the line. She would make a good sniper for sure. Finally... if Emilia had people to love and support her, it would ease the strain on her mind, making her a more stable and effective pilot.
