Sort them by hiders into their own tiers, refer to the skills tab in the mechanics section for skill tiers. Disregarding the five or so tier 1 (as a result of race) skills. Players start off the rp with a skill value of 6, That means you can have 3 tier 2 skills, 2 tier 3 or a tier 4 and a tier 2 or even a single tier 6. More skill slots will be rewarded in RP from Character growth.
