Here's the NPC we were discussing. Not a whole lot in the CS since he's pretty minor. But I can flesh him out more later on if you have ideas.

For anyone else in the RP, this guy was essentially made for me to give Ludwig a place to live during his stay at Gravity Falls. But for anyone else without a place to stay, Ein Keep's Innkeep Inn is the place to go. As long as you have some (unspecified amount) of money, of course.
