He has a brown satchel that he often uses to store important items, and his pokemon. His skin is somewhat tanned white skin, and he has dark brown eyes. He has sleek jet black hair usually sleeked backward. His right eye has a scar going the upper part of his eye to the bottom part of his cheek a scar from a incident with a wild pokemon. His face is sleek but sharp on the edges. His is well toned in terms of muscle honed from his decades of travelling, and is very physically fit as he seeks to keep himself in well in shape as his pokemon refusing to hold himself to a lower standard than he expects of them.

He doesn't mince words, nor does he care for people who try to use social status, gender, or otherwise as an excuse for any behavior. He fights, and lives with the brutally efficient straight forward approach. If you do something to wrong someone else, or try to use anything as an excuse he will not buy it. He believes everyone is held accountable for their actions, including himself, though he outwardly projects charisma, confidence, and often calls people by pet names he's inwardly narcissistic, and holds a dark view on life. He respects people who work hard, and don't hide behind false pretenses. He respects the law however, and isn't prone to breaking it unless he thinks its for a good reason. He often calls people by pet, or nicknames based on what he thinks about their personality often in a teasing fashion such as calling a rich person 'ruffles', or a happy person 'smiles'. He loves his pokemon and they mean the absolute world to him. He trains them as hard as he trains himself mentally, and physically. He stays in shape, and isn't often found slacking. 

He is quick to react, and to give orders not perturbed by even the scariest of happenings. He has an iron will shaped by his unwillingness to fall back into that pit he lived in as a child. In summary he is a man who sees the world for what it is, doesn't apologize for being straight forward in serious situations, but cares deeply for the weak, his pokemon, and people he thinks are worthy of respecting. Refusing to tolerating self pity, selfish behavior, or willing ignorance.

[color=#FFFFFF][b]Short Biography:[/b][/color] While he was born in Castelia City young Nick was hardly set up for a life of opulence. Living in the impoverished section of the city. His parents struggled to get by financially and with little other choice did all they could to support themselves, and their son. However his parents weren't always on the best of terms, and often argued with each other leaving the young Nick with little to do other than wander the city eventually he settled in with a not so nice group of friends who he relied on for issues as a young kid. He was too young to be involved in anything dangerous but he did tend to get a lot of judgmental looks from the more well off members of the city whenever he went out with them. It made him uncomfortable to the point where he was determined not get those looks ever again. Sick of other people viewing him as lesser, or as a problem. It was around the time he turned ten that he was lucky enough to get a pokemon from a travelling pokemon professor from Johto. He received his first friend in Tediursa who he would rely on for many things in the future.

Having little else to do with his life in his home town young Nick set out on his journey with his father's blessing, his own mother did not approve but he didn't care at the point and set out to train with his new buddy in tow. The early years were hard he lived off wild berries, and took odd jobs in small towns to obtain food for himself, and his pokemon. He also made sure to take care of his pokemon when he couldn't find a nearby pokemon center using potions, and other items others were kind enough to spare to him. As it turned out however Nick found out he seemed to have a knack for training, and battling with his pokemon. Pushing himself, and them to grow quick in order to get an edge up on the world at large. As he grew older he grew smarter, and learned better techniques to further his party's abilities. Between his street smarts, and his capability to give well thought out commands to his pokemon he slowly grew a reputation for being a talented trainer. Eventually he took up a trainee job under a gym leader in a small town to gather up connections, and earn money to travel elsewhere. It was a nice job, and the gym leader kind he enjoyed his time there to an extent but he found it limiting despite finally having a stable home.

After believing his job was finished in the gym and he could not obtain anything more there he left. Nick spent the rest of his teenage years travelling the world as an ever wayward bound trainer. He traveled to many of the various regions not competing in gyms often but training his new friends, and old. He steadily caught pokemon he liked the spirit of, or those who showed moxie. He earned his name on his diligent training of his pokemon making sure each one was properly ready for battle ignoring not a single member of his team. Nick grew good at lying to hide his more pessimistic, and gloomy side learning how to be able to smile, and chat with others with a grin on his face, and a quip on the ready. Some may have called it a mask but he was good at maintaining it. Though he wasn't famous anyone who battled him, or saw his pokemon knew he was a serious threat as with each defeat they worked on the weaknesses displayed in that battle. He never blamed his pokemon for losses just chalking those defeats up to experiences yet to be learned to grow you needed to learn from failures.

For a time he took a real job with the pokemon police after he was approached by a Detective in Sinnoh. Nick had taken care of some issues with the police in his travels and name was known among some of the police's more active international officers. He helped quell unrest, and acted as a mole in small gangs, and helping with quarrels between trainers on the side as well. At this point he quickly became recognized within the police force stationed in Sinnoh. It was for for his decisive choice making on the fly with a level head that didn't lead to brash choices. When he saw a threat he'd take it down, and he'd do so brutally while others may have hesitated. He made no reservations about any of his opponents if they broke the law they got taken down no matter their age, gender, or identity.

 It may have caused issues in some cases but the higher ups at the very least needed officers willing to act when the need arouse. He was a controversial figure within the ranks but at the same time he listened to orders, and tried to do his job to the best of his ability. He left the police force however a few years ago, mostly due to him feeling like he wasn't experiencing what he wanted with his life and went back to wandering around Sinnoh. During his travels his name was put up due to his performance as a trainer, as well as his reputation of holding stellar group of well trained pokemon. Nick was asked to join the Elite Four which he accepted after short deliberations hoping it to be a more satisfying job than his previous ones, and hoping to fight some strong new trainers.
